1. Introduction

Welcome to NextIIoT. By using our Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware update platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our infrastructure provides secure firmware hosting and deployment for IoT microcontrollers including ESP32, STM32, Arduino, and embedded Zephyr/nRF platforms.

2. Data Collection and Security

We are committed to the security of your Industrial IoT (IIoT) fleet. Any firmware binaries uploaded (including ESP-IDF, Web DFU drops, Arduino bins) are strictly isolated per-project. All delivery streams utilize industry-standard AES-256 encryption over HTTPS. We do not sell, share, or analyze proprietary source code or compiled firmware binaries for any external purposes.

3. Service Limitations

NextIIoT guarantees high availability for device distributions, but is not responsible for misconfigured client-side bootloaders that result in bricked devices. Always test your OTA logic on local dev kits before initiating global fleet rollouts.
